2018年12月28日正式開幕的台北中山九昱希爾頓逸林酒店是台灣第一家希爾頓逸林酒店，原本飯店名稱並沒有業主的名稱，後來才把「九昱」加進去變成現在落落長的名字。這家飯店同台北新板希爾頓一樣是由業主交給希爾頓直營，服務不錯，但會員待遇卻一般。
DoubleTree By Hilton Taipei Zhongshan opened on 12 December 2018. It is the first DoubleTree hotel in Taiwan. The owner’s name was not in the hotel official name. It was added later. This hotel, like Hilton Taipei Sinban, is managed by Hilton. The service is good, but the member benefit is just so so.
完全沒有事先談心，當日大約下午四點登記入住，該飯店其實不大，房間總數才106間。入住時詢問是否有機會升等為套房，接待人員回覆說該日套房已滿，所以只從「逸林客房」升等到位在角落有陽台的「林隅客房」，然而隔天卻僅能延遲到下午一點退房，對希爾頓鑽石會員提供這樣的待遇，我並不是很滿意。希爾頓鑽石會員除了有兩人免費早餐之外，櫃檯還給了一袋有餅乾跟飲料的零食當作歡迎禮，另有兩張迎賓飲料券可在二樓的餐廳使用，客房冰箱裡有兩罐飲料也是可以免費使用。因為一樓大廳酒吧「La Salle 森」在整修中，因此只有二樓的全日餐廳「Alley麗」可以用餐，鑽石會員掛房帳可享75折的優惠。
I checked in around 4pm without any request beforehand. The hotel building is not large, and it has only 106 rooms in total. I requested room upgrade and got “Corner Room with Balcony” from standard “Guest Room” as the receptionist said the suite rooms were fully booked. Moreover, my late check-out time had to be before 1pm. I felt quite disappointed about such benefit. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I received free breakfast for two guests, a gift bag of snacks and two cans of sparking apple juice, two welcome drink vouchers which can be redeemed at the restaurant on the second floor. The room minibar which gives two cans of sodas is also free. Because the lounge bar “La Salle” was under renovation, only “Alley” on the second floor offers dining service. Diamond members can get 25% discount if the bill is charged to the room.
床非常的大也很舒適，窗外沒什麼景色可以欣賞，都被舊式住宅公寓給包圍，因此陽台雖大卻用不到。浴室不大，但有浴缸，廁所靠近門口，跟浴室是分開的，洗手台則在浴室外面。客房內有莫凡彼膠囊咖啡機。不確定是否因為房間位在角落，感覺網路容易斷掉，必須重新連接。
The King size bed is very big and comfortable. There is no nice view to see outside as it is surrounded by old apartments. The balcony is large but useless. The bathroom is small but has a bathtub. The toilet is near the door, not in the bathroom. The washbasin is also outside the bathroom. A Mövenpick capsule machine is provided in the room. The internet seemed unstable and required reconnection often. Not sure if it was due to the corner room location.
我獨自來到二樓的「Alley麗」享用晚餐，有自助餐也有單點的。晚上七點入座感覺沒什麼客人，服務人員還坐在餐桌上聊天，我還是第一次在國際飯店看到這樣的場景。自助餐樣式看起來不多，但價格不菲，我選擇單點，感覺跟商業午餐的菜單是一樣的，並兌換兩杯迎賓飲料。
I came to Alley for dinner alone. It offers buffet or a la cate. There were very few guests having buffet. The restaurant staff even sat at the table chatting with each other. It was my first time seeing such scene in an international hotel. The buffet does not seem to offer many dishes, but the price is not cheap. I chose a la cate, which seems to be the same as business lunch menu. I also redeemed the two welcome drink vouchers.

用完可以加點，但其實吃過一輪就飽了。
I invited a friend for breakfast together. The choices of the main course include Taiwanese and Western breakfast which is freshly prepared per order. The buffet part includes salad, breads, fruits, etc. The main course can be ordered again, but I already felt very full after one round.
因為疫情的關係，健身房並沒有開放。我可以理解在這樣的情況下要維持飯店經營並不容易，但期待由國際飯店集團希爾頓所經營的飯店在品質上能夠達到一定的水準，會員必會繼續以忠誠回報。
The fitness center is closed due to Conoravirus pandemic. I can understand it is not easy to manage the hotel under such situation. But I hope a hotel managed by Hilton, an international hotel group, can reach a certain quality level. Members will definitely continue to return with loyalty.
