這次預訂五倍券方案，使用五倍券1000元一張，飯店會再額外折抵房價一千元，因為我又使用了國旅券折抵一千元，所以這次入住的房價實付現金不到五百元，可說是非常划算。入住當天大約一點半左右抵達，因為房間被升為豪華套房，房間仍在準備當中，於是我和母親就先在大廳酒廊用餐等候。行政酒廊因為疫情關係依舊關閉著，希爾頓榮譽會鑽石會員可在大廳酒廊使用全天候的軟性飲料以及快樂時光。大約三點過後，禮賓服務人員便將房卡遞送至大廳酒廊給我並通知房間已準備好。
I made the reservation with quintuple stimulus promotion which offers an additional NT$1,000 discount when I pay with one NT$1,000 voucher. I also used the NT$1,000 travel voucher, so the total cash I paid for the room was less than NT$500 this time. It was really a great deal. The room was not ready upon my arrival around 1:30pm since my room was upgraded to a deluxe suite. I had lunch with my mother in the lobby lounge while waiting for the room. The executive lounge remains closed due to COVID-19. Hilton Honors Diamond members can have all-day soft drinks and happy hour at the lobby lounge. The room key was delivered to me in the lobby lounge after 3pm.
這次有事先告知飯店此行是為了慶祝母親的生日，於是沒多久飯店人員便將贈送的蛋糕送到房間來，還有一張祝賀卡片，非常感謝飯店的細心準備。
Because I informed the hotel about the my mother’s birthday celebration, the cake was delivered to the room with a very nice card. I am really grateful to their preparation and the gift.
豪華套房的客廳和臥室並無法完全隔開，算是小套房，但已經非常舒適了。客廳和臥室各有一台電視，也有Nespresso膠囊咖啡機。房間窗戶面向板橋市的景觀，可欣賞夕陽，非常美麗。
The living room and the bedroom are not totally separate in the deluxe suite. It looks like a junior suite. Both rooms have a TV, and there is also a Nespresso capsule machine. Out of the room window is the city view of Banchiao. The view of sunset view was very beautiful.
鑽石會員的歡迎禮是一瓶氣泡水和一瓶椰糖爆薏仁。
The welcome gifts for Diamond members are a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of coconut-flavor roasted pop adlay.
頂頭的泳池一直是受網美歡迎的景點，雖然有開放，但因為當天氣溫稍冷不適合下水，但景色依舊迷人。
The rooftop swimming pool has always been a popular spot for the instagram models. It was still open, but the temperature was not warm enough for people to get into the water. However, the scenery was very charming.
鑽石會員的快樂時光以套餐形式供應，可以選擇在大廳酒廊或外帶回房使用，餐點無法續點，但酒類或軟性飲料可續用。
A meal set was offered to Diamond members during happy hour. Guests can choose to dine in the lobby lounge or take out to the room. The meal was offered only once, but drinks can be refilled.
鑽石會員有兩客免費早餐，可以在二樓的「悅·市集」餐廳享用。餐點種類算多，也可以吃得很飽。
Diamond members are also offered breakfast for two persons. The breakfast is provided at the second-floor restaurant “Market Flavor”. There were various choices of dishes, and I think the food was sufficient for breakfast.
最後我必須特別提出和分享的是，大廳禮賓人員Justin先生的服務實在太完美，他不僅幫忙扶持我走路不方便的母親，也很注意客人的一舉一動，像是當他看到我們用完餐要準備上樓，他便馬上去準備好電梯讓我鍆搭乘，並記得我房間樓層。這樣細心周到的服務真的令人印象深刻。五倍券方案將持續到三月底，我想我一定會再回來住宿。
Lastly I need to share that the service provided by Mr Justin from the concierge was perfect. He helped assist my mother, who cannot walk well, and also paid attention to every guest’s move. For example, he went to get the lift ready when he saw us leaving the lobby lounge, and he also remembered the floor of my room. Such a sincere and careful service was really impressive. The quintuple stimulus promotion will continue until the end of March. I think I will definitely come back again.
